CASE / 001·Brand & Launch·NDA

We made a whole launch in one sprint.

The problem

A founder had a product to reveal and a date that wouldn't move. They needed a film, trailers, a deck, stills, and ads. There was no production budget, but the taste bar was high.

What we did

People sat at both ends with AI in the middle. A creative director locked the look, models generated the options and editors finished every frame.

  1. Lock the look. We set the palette, type and motion rules, with one reference board per scene.
  2. Generate. Models made hundreds of options a day, and we shortlisted every morning.
  3. Finish. People did the edit, sound, grade and typography, and built the deck alongside the film.
  4. Deliver. Every asset went out in every size, with a guide so the client team could keep going.

What shipped

A launch film, three trailers, a product demo, a deck, a stills library and a paid social set, all with one look.

CASE / 002·Education·NDA

We built a learning companion that coaches.

The problem

A school group wanted students to get help from their own curriculum, in English and Arabic, and come back the next day. They didn't want a chatbot bolted onto a portal.

What we did

We built search that understands their curriculum in both languages and a guided practice mode, so the tutor coaches students through each step. Teachers can see where students get stuck.

  1. Days 1 to 2. We loaded the curriculum, agreed who the users were and wrote down what good looks like.
  2. Days 3 to 5. One subject and one practice mode worked end to end.
  3. Days 6 to 8. Real students found real bugs, and we retuned search for how Arabic actually reads.
  4. Days 9 to 10. We demoed it, improved what students loved and planned the next subjects together.

What shipped

A web app with three practice modes, a tutor that knows its limits, and a teacher dashboard, tested in both languages on every release.

CASE / 003·Enterprise Ops·NDA

We built automation that feels human.

The problem

An operations team spent days every week on the same document work. Every case needed a check, an approval, and a paper trail. Earlier automations broke on the exceptions, so nobody trusted them.

What we did

The agent does the routine cases. People handle the unusual ones, inside the tools they already use. Every step is logged and can be undone.

  1. Days 1 to 2. We mapped the real process, including the parts that lived in spreadsheets.
  2. Days 3 to 5. One document type worked end to end, with an approval inbox and an exception queue.
  3. Days 6 to 8. Live data met live users, and the exceptions became rules.
  4. Days 9 to 10. We demoed it to leadership, then planned production.

What shipped

A workflow agent, an approval inbox, an exception queue, a full audit trail and a dashboard, all running in production and owned by the client team.

Next ProcessIn ten days, possible becomes real. Here's the calendar.
